Built different. Built to deliver.
About Cadette
Most agencies sell you a strategy deck and a monthly report. Cadette shows up differently — in the work, in the details, and in the trenches with you when it matters most.
This isn’t an agency built on overhead and account managers. It’s built on marketing discipline — the kind that comes from 15 years of doing the work at every level, from pulling late nights as a solo designer on national brand campaigns to leading marketing divisions for some of the region’s most recognized names. The kind that knows the difference between a brand that looks good and a brand that actually performs.

Where Cadette Comes From
Cadette was built on a foundation that most agencies can’t claim: real experience, inside real organizations, at every stage of the brand-building process.
It started at Formula, a San Diego agency, where Lauren served as the sole designer — producing work for national brands including Kashi, Heineken, Pinkberry, and Pedigree. From there, more agency experience in Memphis before a nearly decade-long tenure as Director of Brand & Creative at C Spire, the nation's largest privately-owned telecom brand, leading creative strategy across a complex, multi-product organization.
That was followed by the Director of Marketing role at TrustCare Health — one of Mississippi’s fastest-growing healthcare brands — where the work shifted from building brand systems to driving patient acquisition, managing multi-channel campaigns, and marketing healthcare services in a competitive, regulated environment.
Cadette was built from everything that came before it. Every client category, every budget constraint, every last-minute pivot, every campaign that had to perform. That’s the foundation this agency runs on.

Discipline isn’t a buzzword here. It’s the operating system.
Every engagement starts with a clear strategy and ends with measurable output. There are no mystery timelines, no vague deliverables, and no passing your brand off to a junior team once the contract is signed. You get a partner who is boots on the ground — one who treats your brand like it’s her own, because that’s the only way she knows how to work.
If something isn’t working, you’ll hear it from us first. If a direction is wrong, we’ll say so. If the goal changes, the plan changes with it. That’s not a differentiator — that’s just how this should go.
